The shower was nice and hot.

During my stay, I was shocked to find that housekeeping knocked on our door around 11:40 AM, despite check-out being at 12 PM. This unexpected intrusion made me uncomfortable, as I had just stepped out of the bathroom and my partner was still sleeping. Additionally, the room had a lingering smell of smoke, which was quite unpleasant, and the noise from room service was disruptive throughout the night.

The proximity to the Qatar National Museum really enhanced my stay, making it easy to explore cultural attractions.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi speed was slower than I had anticipated, which was a bit frustrating during my downtime.

The key card system could use improvement. having to recharge the card frequently was annoying!!! Also, the hot water in the shower fluctuated unpredictably throughout my stay, which was quite inconvenient for relaxing after a long day!!!

The location near the metro station made exploring the city incredibly easy. Just a two-minute walk to catch the train. I appreciated the friendly housekeeping staff, who kept my room tidy. However, the security's approach could use improvement. they seemed a bit too stern. I was charged 160 riyals for minor dirt, which felt excessive. The room had a musty smell, and the TV didn't work properly. Service at the front desk was inconsistent. Overall, the amenities were nice, especially the mini-bar and free wi-fi, but the cleanliness issues and service hiccups detracted from the stay.

My recent stay at Green Garden Hotel was delightful. The service was exceptional, especially from the receptionist, who graciously accepted my passport for check-in, making the process smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, enhancing my overall experience.
